The masquerade contest is filled with costumed plays, but what about all of the behind-the-scenes work that went into making those costumes? Enter the Animazement Costume Craftsmanship contest, where judging is solely based on the artistry, technical achievement, and hard work involved in creating costumes. What happens when you cross a fan’s music and anime collections? You get an anime music video! If the evil spirit of audio/video has taken hold of your fragile human form and made you a slave to a video editing program, you are ready to enter the AMV contest. Video Game Tournaments
Grab the controller and test your skills in one of Animazement’s video game tournaments! Do you have what it takes to rise to the challenge? If it’s in you, then you could walk away with more than just fame and glory, but also some nice prizes! Competition can be tough, so grab your console and head up into the mountains for some serious training! Signup will start 1 hour prior to each event. For large turn out games like Brawl, Gameroom staff will hand out tickets for the available spots one hour before it starts. Tournament rules will be posted at the con.
